The right POS for how your business actually runs
We deploy and support Clover, Square, Linga, Tabit, SkyTab, Genius and OneHive. We help you pick the one that fits, then set it up, program it and train your staff.
Compare the POS systems we support
No single POS is best for everyone. Here’s where each one tends to fit.

More than a box in the mail
Matched to your workflow
We ask how you take orders, pay staff tips, track inventory and run reports before recommending anything.
Programmed for you
Menus, items, taxes, modifiers and users loaded before go-live, so you’re not building it at midnight.
Your staff, trained
Hands-on training for you and your team so the first busy shift isn’t the first time anyone uses it.
Transparent rates
Paired with interchange-plus processing, or a dual pricing program to offset card fees.
A person who answers
When something breaks on a Friday night, you call someone who knows your setup.
Know your numbers
Sales, tips, labor and inventory reports so you can see what’s working without a spreadsheet.
How to choose a POS system
Start with how you sell, not with the hardware. A few questions narrow it down fast:
- Do you seat guests or serve at a counter? Table management and pay-at-table matter for full-service restaurants and not at all for retail.
- How many items, sizes and variants do you carry? Inventory-heavy stores need strong product management and barcode scanning.
- Do you take payments away from the counter? Handhelds and mobile readers suit tableside, curbside and job-site payments.
- Do you sell online? Online ordering or e-commerce should sync with your in-store system.
- Is the POS locked to one processor? Some systems only work with their own processing, which limits what you pay later.
Buy, finance, or lease?
Be careful with long equipment leases. A leased terminal can cost several times its purchase price over the term, and leases are often non-cancellable even if you change processors. We’ll lay out the real total cost of each option before you sign anything.
Already have a POS? Send your processing statement and we’ll tell you whether your current system is costing you more than it should.
Compare total ownership cost, not just the terminal price
Ask for an itemized quote covering hardware, software subscriptions, app add-ons, installation, training, support and processing. Confirm who owns the hardware and what happens if you change providers. Start with the workflows for restaurants or retail stores, then review processing pricing models alongside the POS costs.
